Me and one of my gal pals were talking one night about how we hardly go out with the hubbys as much any more because life is so dang busy and by the time you pay a sitter and do an activity it costs so much moolaa! So we decided we would swap sitting. We both have three kids almost exactly the same ages so we rotate every friday night. It has been sooo nice to just go and not stress about when we need to be back or worry if the 13 year old is doing ok with three kiddies. We always know that every other week we have a hot date and it has been fun just doing random things ALONE together! The kids love it too because we are not huge sleep over fans and this way Madi and Navi think they are having a sleep over every friday night! Last week we put up the tent and I took my other friends kids for her to. The young ones watched the little mermaid ate popcorn, and side walk chalked my patio while Madi, Navi and the neighbor girls jumped on the tramp all night long. When it got dark and the little ones were asleep it was so much fun to watch the older girls play shadow games and tell each other jokes and stories! Ya gotta Love Date night!!!
