Craft Night

Posted by PicasaMatt has a fishing trip coming up so he needed to tie a few flies. So in our home we had craft night!! We fixed up an area in our basement where Matt has his table of junk and I have mine! We both sit down there after the kiddies are asleep and he ties and I sew. It's kind of fun having a "crafting" partner!!! For tonights project I took this tank top from Walmart that I got for a buck and turned it into some really cute leggings for Mia! I saw this on the clearance rack a few months ago and loved the print and thought there was just enough fabric for Mia's little legs. And it turns out a headband too! I guess the real test will be tomorrow when I try them on her! but I think they will be right on!

Very cute and crafty. Did you make it to Hancock fabrics yesterday? They had ALL their McCalls patterns on sale for only $1. It was awesome. Good job on all the fun stuff. I wish I could sew better, but I am slowly learning.

you are ridiculous! I can't believe how you do all this stuff. There's no way- even when I'm a mom.
