Jackson Hole

A couple of weekends ago Matt and I and some of our neighbors ditched the kids and went camping in Jackson Hole. It was a blast!! It was so much fun to sit back, chat, laugh, and hang out with good friends. My brother Jeff gave us a really nice raft a while ago and we have not had a chance to use it yet so this was the perfect weekend. Matt guided us down the famous snake. We went Friday and Saturday and Matt did great. We hit almost every rapid! Unfortunately no one fell out of the boat, a few got pushed in and we did a little cliff diving. Darrin tricked us with a belly flop switch dive and Paul dove right into a huge rapid called Lunch counter? I don't know the spelling! Saturday night we headed into the town for an excellent dinner and a little shopping. Jackson Hole has a special place in my heart. I have many memories there as a child and as a grown up with many family and friends. It was fun to be back there in that beautiful canyon I had forgotten how much I love that place.
