Our Angel

More pics below

Mia was blessed this morning and she looked absolutely gorgeous. (Thanks grandma chewy for sewing this amazing dress) The morning went so good and I couldn't have asked for things to have gone better. Matt gave a beautiful blessing and Mia was perfect throughout the entire thing. I woke up this morning feeling so grateful and feeling so full of love. I looked at my little family at church and was just so happy. I love my family and I love where we are today. I know that the majority of our happiness comes from our belief in our savior and in our Heavenly Father. I am so thankful and feel so lucky to have the husband that I have and to have the life that I have. Matt works his little buns off for us and when he is home he is such a good daddy to our children and such a good example to me.

I learned something today about love and support for your families and dear friends. It was so much fun to have some of our family and close friends there to support us and to enjoy this experience with us. Right before the blessing was about to begin I looked down the aisle and my sister hadn't got there yet and my little brother hadn't got there yet, and I knew that my other two siblings wouldn't be able to attend and I was so sad. (this is not a guilt trip!! I know life is crazy and busy and I fully understand. I am horrible at remembering birthdays and I don't always make it to everything) But as I was sitting there I realized how much I do love my siblings and how much I do want their support and just having them be there for me if anything means alot. Matt's family is so incredibly loyal to one another. He had several of his aunts and one of his uncles travel from all over the valley. There is a bond with his family that you don't see too often. His siblings support each other in EVERYTHING that they do. Some times it can be annoying!! (that is the selfish part of me speaking!) but really when I think about it I think that it is pretty cool. And as everyone left today I made Matt promise me that we would do better at taking care of our relationships with our relatives and with our dear close friends. As I look towards our future I hope and pray that our family will be close and not lose the friendships that we have. I also made Matt promise me that we will try to make a better effort of supporting our siblings and our nieces and nephews in everything that is going on, including birthdays (Peyton!!!)

Thanks to those of you who came out and supported us, and for those of you who were thinking about us! We love you all!

I am so happy it was a good day for you all. Some times blessing days are really stressful, at least they are for me. Congratulations again we look forward to hanging out again. (You know that part in your post about staying close to dear friends, we really do need to get together more!!)

Mia is Beautiful. I love her sweet little smile and cooing little sounds. It's been fun to watch as you and Matt wanted the day to be so special just for little MIA. Some might say "Why make such a Bid deal, they never will remember any of it" Well, I say all the love and sweetness put into her special day will forever be in her heart. Thanks for letting me be a part of that day. I loved every little stitch put into her dress. As Matt held little Mia I couldn't help but picture your dad holding you and our hearts were full of the same love and hope for you as you have for Mia. We love You both so much. You are amazing.
