Matt makes fun of me because every holiday that is coming up I just say ooowwee I love this holiday it is like one of my favorites!! I have decided that I don't have a favorite anymore. I LOVE EM all!! Of course this Thanksgiving didn't let me down. I am sure it will be one for us all to remember! Before I go on I better type a few things that we are thankful for this year. We have had another amazing year so that in itself is probablly the biggest thing that we are thankful for. I am thankful for my life right now. I love everything about it. Even the many trials and struggles that we go through. I think they make us appreciate the good days and the good things that happen to us. Our lives are definitly not perfect but for me right now at this moment I am content with where we are and what we have. I am so thankful for a husband who works so hard and who supports me in everything and who is constantly making me laugh. I love him and I don't know what I would do or would be without him. I am so thankful for my kiddies. I have learned so much from them , patience probablly being the number one thing!! Being a mom is one of the weirdest experiences ever. I have never felt so much joy and happiness and so much frustration and tiredness!! I am thankful for my home, and all of that other worldy stuff. So glad I am in a position where I can have hot water garage door openers dish washers etc!! You gotta love it all!! And as of right now at this very moment I am most thankful that this pregnancy is almost over!!! 4 more weeks!!!! Thankful for the new angel who will soon join our family and thankful that I will no longer have the aches and pains that come along with getting her here!!!
We rotate families every year so that we can just focus on one family and enjoy our whole day rather then running around all day, so this year was my mother's year. (Especially nice sinse she only lives around the corner!) It was such a neat day because we were able to spend time with all of my siblings and their families. Also my cute Aunt bobbi and her family joined us as well as my grandparents. So the house was full but that is just the way we like it!! I know where I get my craftiness from and all of my crazy ideas, because my mom had her house decorated so cute. She had all of the tables decked out with her many dish collections, little turkey nametags, our famous cornocopias (which Thanksgiving wouldn't be the same with out!) And little pumpkin candles set at each setting so while we were going around the table as we said one thing we were thankful for we had to light the candles. It was all so great. After Dinner we sat around the boys played ping pong and fooseball the girls chatted I played poker with my grandps and then the BINGO began. This is a serious game for our family! We all bring prizes and we all play for them!!! There is trading fights and people hiding their winnings left and right so that no one will steal theirs. (Except for the Wynn family of course!! they were way too nice to steal from us!!) As the night was ending and Everyone was almost ready to go, my good old brother Mike decided that we weren't all leaving quick enough for him. All of the sudden we hear a rampage of men running up from the basement. Poor little Max is trying to keep up with them ( heaven forbid someone pick him up and carry him to safety!!) They were all just laughing and coughing. I had no idea what was going on. All that I knew was Max couldn't stop coughing and then it hit me and everyone else up stairs. Within minutes our whole party was either on the front porch or on the back porch laughing and coughing. Good old Mike had found an old can of Mace in the basement, he wanted to see how it worked and what it would do. He swears he only sprayed a little bit but we seriously couldn't go in the house for like 15 minutes. My mom and aunt are old so you know what happens to them when they laugh so hard or cough to much. And then I am 35 weeks prego so get me coughing and I think all of the women needed to change their pants if you know what I mean!! When we finally thought the house was clear and that we could breathe my mom wanted to take a pic of everyone. So we tried but between more coughing and lots of laughing that was the best picture we could get. We just love Mike he is always good for a laugh. And I know that from here on out every Thanksgiving dinner is going to start with the question Remember the year that Mike Maced Thanksgiving!??!!??

For the record, Max was being carried!! By me! I was caughing up a lung and laughing yet I still drug your heavy son out of the battle zone. Also, to back up Mike, he did only spray a tiny bit. There is no way anyone who saw it would have thought it would have had that effect.
Oh my heck!!! That was the funniest Thanksgiving ever! I do resent, however, being called OLD! I did need a depends (or two) though! Love you!
