Joy in the Journey

Conference was awesome! There were multiple talks that just really stood out to us, but one that I will remember and laugh about is when President Monson was talking about finding joy in the journey. He was talking about how our kids can drive us crazy and how one day the little finger prints all over the newly cleaned surfaces will one day disapear so enjoy them now. Right as he is saying this Madi yelled up to me "Mom Max is coloring on the couch again" Matt and I just luaghed and then I said, " Don't worry it will disapear" I loved this talk. I think it is so true, I know I need to just sit back more and relax and enjoy where we are at. Too many times I am in too big of a hurry or I am anticipating the next step or activity that we have planned. I know that sooner then later I am going to look back and wonder where has all the time gone.
