Doesn't she look so happy!!
In August we signed Mad up for a soccer team. At first she was very excited. She couldn't wait to put on her uniform until the game started and she realized that soccer included chasing a ball. What we thought was going to be some fun excercise and socializing for Madi turned into the endless Tuesday night battle. Tuesday morning we would wake up I would start preparing Madi by telling her how excited I was to come watch her play that night. She would moan and say ooohhhh mom not another one!! On the field she would twirl, leap, wave her arms. She just loves to dance!! So finally this last Tuesday night was her last game. This game she actually did pretty well. Later I asked her if she had fun and she said yes because it was my last game! So both mom and Madi are thrilled the season is over and we think that for now we will just stick to dancing!!

We feel the same way about soccer being done with Caleb... Well, I mean, we aren't going to put him in dancing like Madi, but we are SO glad to be done too!!!
What a good mom! Give her a chance to experience all different kinds of sports, art, etc. and then let her choose what her passion is!
