Summer is here!

Our camera is being fixed so I haven't been able to add any really cute pictures lately but I just wanted to get on and write about how excited for summer I am!! I love the smell of fresh cut grass, I love the late sun sets, and the noise of kids playing until 9:30 at night. (However Madi can't understand why she has to go to bed at 8 while there are still children playing in her playhouse or her yard!!!) I love sitting on my back patio reading or snuggling up to Matthew and just enjoying being outside! Madi has decided that she too is a fan of summer. Grandpa Chuck bought her a swimming pool from Walmart and she is obssessed with it. He bought it for her on a Saturday night so the next morning we had to convince her that Sunday was not a play day she decided it was anyway and while we weren't watching, she put a swimsuit on over her panties and filled her pool up about an inch deep with a bucket and sat inside. It was pretty funny and I wished I had my camera so bad. Monday morning she was out by 9:00 am swimming and I think we came inside that day at like 5:30 she played all day long!!! Yea for summer!!! Yea for long warm lazy days, Raging waters, fairs, parades, camping, ice cream cones, otter pops, walks on Lagoon trail, Lagoon, swimming, the smell of sunscreen, bike rides, and just a whole lot of playing!!
