Matt and I decided that we needed a little getaway with just the four of us so we decided to go up to Park city and shop, swim, and fish. Madi was so excited she wanted to pack her bags all week. She couldn't wait to go shopping (because she is my girl!!!) and she couldn't wait to swim. We went to the outlets first and then we went and got dinner in downtown P.C. Later we went back to the hotel and swam and watched movies. The next day we woke up and swam again and went fishing. Matt says that this is one of his favorite fishing trips because Madi was so excited to fish. She sat so patiently by Matt for almost an hour just talking with him and looking at his different flies. It was so cute. Max enjoyed simming and splashing, but most importantly jumping on the bed!!! We loved being away with just our little family. Madi was in heaven you could really tell that she loved being alone with just mom dad and brother. It was a great weekend!

There is a Great fishing spot in Kamas (not far from Park City) It is great for kids because there are two smaller ponds FILLED with fish. (it's basically a trout farm) You can catch them pretty fast...So, Matt may not enjoy the instant gratification if he is a true fisherman...But, we go every year...And the kids LOVE it! I'll have to get the directions for you.
Looks like fun! There's nothin' like hotel bed jumping, I always say!
